At dPetruzzi, we guarantee that every handbag we sell is 100% authentic. We do not sell any replicas or knockoff handbags. Every handbag is guaranteed to 100% authentic or your money back!

Designer handbags, like Chanel, Christian Dior and Prada are a fashion investment. Regardless of style, these bags can last for decades. But you want to know if the bag that you want is authentic. So, here is how you can tell:

  • Check the "fit and finish" of the bag. High-end designers like Prada and Gucci have very exacting standards. You won't see faux stitching, or messy glue applications. The leather will be top quality, and the bag will feel like a well-made product. Poor fit and finish is a sure sign of dubious quality.
  • Most manufactures include some kind of indication that this is, in fact, an authentic bag. Often, these are plastic cards that have barcodes on them. Sometimes, it is an actual certificate of authenticity. A few companies go to the trouble of including a hologram (like on your credit card) to insure that no one copies them. If your bag doesn't have these hallmarks of an authentic bag, then it probably isn't.
  • Look for hardware that is new. Many of the buckles and enclosures on true designer handbags are covered in removable plastic. The hardware should be well made, with no manufacturing defects or scratches. These are expensive designer items and they should look that way. If they don't look pristine and well made, then it probably is not a 100% authentic handbag. It could be a knockoff.

We know that you can't wait to get your hands on your new designer handbags. We can't blame you. When they come into our warehouse, we all throng around and say, "Wouldn't you like to come home with me, pretty thing?" while we catch glimpses of ourselves looking just like some gorgeous Glamour catwalk diva.

Enough about us and our relationships with Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo and fantastic, beautiful Italians in general, here is our shipping information:

For Domestic Shipments:

  • UPS next day air is $19.95
  • UPS 2ND day air is $9.95
  • UPS 3-day or ground (shipped at our discretion): FREE!

(Just as an FYI, we don't deliver to PO Boxes. We need an actual address. Thanks!)

For FPO/APO Shipments:

UPS does not deliver to FPO/APO addresses. We will use another appropriate carrier such as the USPS at the same rates

Signatures

While we understand that you really want your new designer handbag as soon as possible with minimal fuss, we do ship all of our packages "Signature Required". Prada, Dolce and Gabanna, and Ferragamo handbags are simply priceless works of art, and we want to make sure that these handbags get to their rightful owner...YOU! So, we must send everything signature required, no exceptions. These handbags are simply too precious to have them wind up in someone else's hands.

The recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

So, what does this mean to you?

  1. You can get your bag as quickly as you want. In fact, if you order before 3PM Eastern, M-F, your order will ship the same day. If you order after 3PM, it will be shipped the next business day. If you order on a weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped the next business day. We know it is hard to wait, but it will be worth it!
  2. We work hard to keep you informed. If there is a problem with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible. If there is a tracking number, it will be available in the "My Account" section of our website.
  3. We work with the most reliable carriers in the world. If there is a problem with your shipment, we are confident that we can resolve it.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • All major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Check or money order: Orders must be mailed in. Check by phone is not accepted.

When placing your order, make sure you enter the Billing Address exactly as it appears on your credit or debit card statement. This will ensure prompt and accurate processing of your order. An incorrect Billing Address may needlessly delay your order.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

There is no sales tax for U.S. orders except for those shipped to the state of Indiana.
