Return Policy

At dPetruzzi our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and sales tax if applicable.) If the return is due to our error, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.

For all returns and exchanges, with the exception of defective items, products must be returned in "as new" condition. "As new" means that the item is as it was when you opened the box, with all original tags, labels and packaging are in tact and still attached to your item. If your return or exchange is not in "as new" condition, dPetruzzi reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange, or charge you a 20% restocking fee. If we determine that your return or exchange is not "as new" we will contact you to determine if you would like the item returned to you, or if you would prefer to pay the restocking fee. We will never charge a restocking fee without notifying you prior.

For returns within 30 days- dPetruzzi will exchange or replace the product purchased.

Returns more than 30 days beyond date of sale will be handled by manufacturers warranty and will incur a small shipping and handling fee.

If you wish to exchange your purchase after 30 days, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

If you are returning the product because you believe it to be defective, we examine the purchased item and refund the return shipping expense should the item in fact be defective.

If delivery is refused upon shipment, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.

To return a product, simply call our customer service department at 1-888-288-6500 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number any time between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern time.

When you call for the RMA, we will generate a return label and send it to your e-mail address. Once you receive the e-mail, simply print out the return label, affix it to your package and send it to us using a traceable shipper. As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS using delivery confirmation.

Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
